What stupid fast food items for children?

I worry about my daughters diet. What are the best foods for a 12 months old when you're on the road all the time? … BEST! Sorry!

I have six children (two sets of triplets). My four children and My daughters are 8 months. When we go somewhere, I'm sure I remember a breakfast (pieces of fruit, sandwiches, pasta, a thermos, or yogurt) and some juice boxes. A Then the girls eat the food and the kids and I get a fast food restaurant. Or get a meal to children Metro. Sometimes, I bring three glasses and I'm Caesar salad and then shared. It is very healthy and delicious crunchy chicken. You could get the Happy Meal. The chicken nuggets are 100% white meat, and replace potatoes fried apple slices. Just make sure the apples are nice to very small. The perfect fruit and yogurt is good too! EDIT: Also, if you ask people on the subway, is billed as $ 3 for some cold cuts. Young children, like when you pack a lunch!

Game On: The All-American Race to Make Champions of Our Children

Game On: The All-American Race to Make Champions of Our Children

$0.25

A first-of-its-kind investigative book on the least examined and most important topic in sports today. Youth sports isn’t just orange slices and all-star trophies anymore. It’s 14-year-olds who enter high school with a decade of football experience, 9-year-olds competing for national baseball championships, 5-year-old golfers who shoot par, and toddlers made from sperm donated (for a fee) by elite college athletes. It’s a year-round "travel team" in every community–and parents who fear that not making the cut in grade school will cost their kid the chance to play in high school. In short, a landscape in which performance often matters more than participation, all the way down to peewee basketball.Much as Fast Food Nation challenged our eating habits and Silent Spring rewired how we think about the environment, Tom Farrey’s Game On will forever change the way we look at this desperate culture besotted by the example of Tiger Woods. An Emmy award-winning reporter, Farrey examines the lives of child athletes and the consequences of sorting the strong from the weak at ever earlier ages: fewer active kids, testier sidelines, rising obesity rates, and U.S. national teams that rarely win world titles. He dives into the world of these games that are played by more than 30 million boys and girls, and along the way uncovers some surprising truths. When the very best athletes enter organized play. The best approach to coaching them. And the powerful influence of wealth and genetics. Farrey has written a surprising, alarming, thoughtful, and ultimately empowering book for anyone who wants the best for the newest generation of Americans, as athletes and citizens.

 Gardening with Kids

Gardening with Kids

Children find gardening fun and fascinating, watching a bean sprout or a pumpkin grow bigger every day can seem like a miracle, as well as a huge achievement. And gardening can help kids connect to and understand more about nature, the seasons, and the food we eat. In Gardening with Kids, Catherine Woram and Martyn Cox tell you everything you need to know, from choosing and preparing your site, and growing from seeds, bulbs, and cuttings, to choosing plants from the local garden center. Themed plant lists help you choose what to grow, as well as highlighting plants to avoid. There are 35 amazing projects even toddlers can enjoy growing cress in crazy eggheads or planting colorful annuals, while older kids can create their own salad patch, a hanging basket, a terrarium in a glass jar, or an alpine garden. There are also plenty of garden-related crafts to work on indoors. Little hands will enjoy getting to grips with lavender bags and wind chimes made out of cans. A section on outdoor fun covers garden games and treasure hunts whatever outside space they have. Fun, vibrant photography by Polly Wreford. The perfect introduction to the joy of gardening, with 35 projects for children up to ten years of age.
