Healthy foods for weight loss, etc?

I am trying to lose weight, and I really want to start eating healthier. I’m not gonna lie, I’m really not a fan of many fruits. Vegetables are okay; I like salad. But I need some more ideas on healthy, good-tasting foods. I find it especially hard to decide on something to bring to work and school. Any ideas?
