Who invented breakfast foods?

I know many people who love pizza for breakfast, but their noses running other up in the late afternoon. I like "breakfast foods" throughout the day. Someone there ideas?

I think the food has always been around and the breakfast food that no particular person invented breakfast. When I was a kid, I used to go crazy when my mom breakfast foods for dinner, because I wanted the dinner is not breakfast. I've never been a breakfast room, but sometimes I like pancakes and sausage biscuits or sausage, or just cereal and toast for breakfast. Once in a great while I like pancakes and sausage for dinner or waffles, but usually I like breakfast food for breakfast foods and lunch for dinner! ;-)

The lunch can be of 2 chappatis, a small serving of yogurt and a good amount of vegetable. This would come upto 400 calories. Dinner can be lighter. Have an early dinner and avoid too much carbohydrates at this meal. If you like, eat two rotis for lunch but make it one for dinner. One chappati with a small katori of thin dal, a light salad and a vegetable would make upto 400 calories. Eating these foods will help you keep fit and slim with a glowing skin and healthy hair.
